We use an ultrasonic sewing process to manufacture our flexible ducting which results in a duct that has no holes left behind by a traditional sewing process. In addition, our ultrasonic sewing process has no flow restricting flaps in the interior. This process allows us to use less fabric which permits us to pass on the fabric savings to our customers.
